Expedition Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival & Reception
• Arrival in Spain, personalized airport pick-up, and private transfer to the selected accommodation, strategically located near the hunting area.
Day 2: First Day of Hunting
• Traditional breakfast and 4×4 transfer to the hunting grounds to begin the expedition in search of the desired trophy.
Day 3: Second Day of Hunting
• In the event the hunt was not completed the previous day, breakfast and transfer back to the hunting area to continue the stalk.
Day 4: Departure & Farewell
• Private transfer from the accommodation to the airport for your departure from Spain back to your destination.
Program Flexibility
• This itinerary is a guide and can be fully adapted to the hunter’s needs, the number of contracted trophies, or weather conditions to ensure the success of the expedition.
What is included?
• Permit Management & Technical Assistance: Comprehensive handling and processing of all official hunting licenses, insurance, and government permits for the hunt.
• Weapons & Ammunition: Use of high-end professional rifles and technical ammunition.
• Accommodation: 3 nights of stay per animal in a single room for the exclusive and sole use of the hunter.
• Hunting Days: 2 full days of stalking exclusively dedicated to searching for and securing your trophy.
• Selected Gastronomy: Traditional breakfasts and lunches during the hunting days.
• VIP Transfers: Private pick-up and transfer service to and from the nearest international airport.
• Professional Hunting Guide: Personalized accompaniment by a professional guide throughout the entire expedition.
• Transportation during the hunt: Specialized transport in a 4×4 vehicle during the development of the hunt.
• Trophy Preparation: Technical field preparation and cleaning of the trophy to ensure optimal transport.
Exclusions
• Personal Expenses: Gratuities (tips), alcoholic beverages, minibar service, and other individual extras.
• Dinners: Dinner service is not included, allowing the hunter to explore the rich local culinary offerings.
• Wellness Services: Access to Spa areas and any wellness services not contracted at the accommodation.
• International Trophy Management: Final taxidermy fees, professional packing, and international shipping logistics to your residence.
• Non-hunting partner.
• Cultural Programs & Tourism: Availability of personalized tourism itineraries upon request.
• Special Logistics: Transfers from or to airports other than those recommended near the hunting areas.

Booking & Hunting Terms
- Booking & Payments: To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit of the total hunt cost is required. The remaining 50% must be settled 30 days before the scheduled stalking date.
- Last-Minute Bookings: Any reservation made less than 30 days before the hunting date must be confirmed by full payment.
- Trophy Upgrades: Should a trophy of a higher category than the one contracted be harvested, the corresponding balance will be settled after the hunt via instant bank transfer.
- Official Measurement: Trophy measurements will be conducted “in green” in the field by the professional hunting guides and the rangers of the hunting areas.
- Wounded Animals: In accordance with traditional hunting ethics and local regulations, any animal wounded and not recovered will be considered dead.
- Documentation: To process your Spanish hunting license and mandatory insurance, as well as for permit management and technical assistance, we require a clear copy of your valid passport, hunting license, and hunting insurance at least 6 months prior to your arrival.
All our hunts are formalized under a Hunting Organization Contract and Reservation Deposit, guaranteeing maximum legal security and transparency for the hunter
